About The Club

Rivernook Bowmen is a Target Archery Club and was founded in 1996 by Mick Twigg.

Rivernook is proud of its friendly environment providing novices and juniors the opportunity to shoot alongside more experienced archers.

The club is based in Surrey and has its own outdoor range which is setup for both imperial and metric distances. We are fortunate to be able to leave the targets out permanently, so they are available to use all year around allowing members to shoot at their leisure, for fun, to help with equipment tuning or to practise for upcoming events.

Rivernook Bowmen run beginners’ courses throughout the summer months with one-to-one coaching available.

During the summer the club shoots on Friday and Sunday, with archers of all levels and abilities shooting together.
